On Thursday, July 3rd, 2025, Fra-Grace Farm Ventures had the pleasure of hosting students from Cuddles Childminders and Schools for a practical excursion aimed at enhancing their Agricultural Science education.
A group of 11 enthusiastic students from JSS 1 and JSS 2 were warmly welcomed to our farm facilities, where they were taken on a guided tour by our experienced team. The visit was organized to bridge the gap between theory and practice, allowing students to witness real-life applications of what they’ve been learning in the classroom.

A Day of Discovery and Engagement
During the excursion, the students had the opportunity to:
- Explore our poultry, fish, and livestock units
- Learn about various animal housing systems
- Understand sustainable and organic farming methods
- Interact with our farm experts through Q&A sessions
The excitement on the faces of these young learners as they observed farm operations in action was truly rewarding. It reminded us of the vital role farms play not only in food production but also in education, community engagement, and youth development.
Inspiring the Next Generation
At Fra-Grace Farm Ventures, we are committed to nurturing both the land and the minds of future leaders. This visit from Cuddles School reaffirmed our belief that early exposure to agriculture can ignite passion, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility in young people.
We appreciate the initiative of Mr. David Areo, the Agricultural Science teacher who facilitated the visit, and we commend Cuddles School for prioritizing experiential learning.
